What this tool is

This is a free, browser-based weekly time card calculator that runs entirely on your device. There is no sign-up, no download, no app to install, and no account to create. You open the page, enter your times, and the math happens in your browser. The tool reports both daily and weekly totals so you can confirm a single shift or a full week at a glance.

Why we built it

We built this for the employees, freelancers, students, and remote workers who need to verify weekly hours fast and privately. Payroll disputes often start with a missing punch or a fuzzy memory of when a shift actually ended. Spreadsheets help but introduce their own errors: a stray SUM, a column shifted by one cell, a formula someone overwrote last quarter. Paid time-tracking apps fix the formula problem but send every clock-in and clock-out to a server you do not control, which is a privacy concern with no upside for someone just checking a payslip. This tool does one thing, in the open, in your browser, for free.

How it works

Enter Clock In, Clock Out, and Break minutes for each day of the week, then click Calculate. You will see daily hours and the weekly total in both HH:MM and decimal formats, because payslips use one and spreadsheets use the other. Break minutes are subtracted automatically from gross hours. If you clock out earlier than you clock in, the calculator adds 24 hours before subtracting, so overnight and cross-midnight shifts compute correctly without any manual math.

Privacy stance

All calculations run locally in your browser. The values you type live only in the page's memory and disappear the moment you close the tab or refresh. No data is uploaded, no data is stored, and no account is created. Nothing leaves your device.
